Gentle Flow Yoga  

Monday 6:30-7:45 pm, Tuesday 10:30-11:45 am, Thursday  3:45-5:00 pm.
Gentle Flow is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.Learn the foundation of modern yoga through this gentle flowing structure. Hatha Yoga 

Thursday 5:30-6:45 pm.
With its gentle, flowing structure, this class eases you into your body with a basic Sun Salutation that will warm up every muscle and joint.  This, followed by stretches, strength and balance work, leaves you feeling relaxed, strengthened and renewed

Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.  This class is for all levels and all body types.  Insturctor, Maylo Anderson. Yin, Deep Stretch

Tuesday 6:30-7:45 pm, Friday morning 8:45-10:00 am
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical  This class combines the flow of a Vinyasa class with the deep, therapeutic effects of a deep stretch Yin class. This class releases dense and tough connective tissues and fascia that can cause us to feel tight, stiff and often sore.  A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing a universal interconnecting quality.This class is for all levels and body types. Vinyasa

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.  This is a faster paced intermediate class.  Tuesday Instructor, Christy Harris, RYT 200, Friday Instructor, Maylo Anderson, RYT E-200


Strength & Alignment

Monday 10:00-11:30 am,
