Gentle Flow Yoga
Tuesday 10:30-11:45 am, Thursday 3:45-5:00 pm.
Gentle Flow is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Learn the foundation of modern yoga through this gentle flowing structure. Instructor, Christy Harris, E-RYT 500.
Thursday 5:30-6:45 pm.
With its gentle, flowing structure, this class eases you into your body with a basic Sun Salutation that will warm up every muscle and joint. This, followed by stretches, strength and balance work, leaves you feeling relaxed, strengthened and renewed.
Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. This class is for all levels and all body types. Restorative Yin, Deep Stretch
Tuesday 6:30-7:45 pm,
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical. This class releases dense and tough connective tissues and fascia that can cause us to feel tight, stiff and often sore. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence and bringing a universal interconnecting quality. This class is for all levels and body types. This all-level class is perfect for those who wish to improve posture, obtain balance, and increase range of motion in the body. This class uses a combination of different yoga styles to stretch the muscles that have shortened and strengthen the muscles that have gone lax, bringing your body back to its most structurally sound form, reducing pain and freeing the mind. Strength & Alignment

Moderate mixed level flow, perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis, builds core body strength, increases flexibility and alignment. Instructor, Christy Harris, RYT 500
