9:00-9:30 Step by Step alignment principles from the ground up. You will experience many variations of the following asanas (poses).
Tadasana (Tree pose)
Urdhva Hastanasa (Upward Salute)
9:30-10:00 Uttanasana (forward fold)
Ardha Uttanasana (halfway fold)
Break Ten Minutes break for water & restroom.
10:10-11:00 Uttihita Chaturanga Dandasana (Plank Pose)
Bhujangasana (Copra pose)
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Up Dog pose)
11:00-12:00 Ado Mukha Svanasana (Downward facing dog)
Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana (High lunge pose)
Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge pose)
You will receive handouts and guidance on how to begin a home practice.
